Transportation Service 

The Transportation department continues to strive to provide safe, quality transportation to all persons attending the School, Workshop and Training Center. The department operates eleven (11) bus routes that cover the entire county during the months of September to June and operates nine (9) bus routes covering the entire county from June to September. Additionally, buses are scheduled for special events and field trips, which means that some buses are on the road at all times during the day.

All Drivers hold a CDL license with a school bus driver endorsement, and are requried to have first-aid training, CPR training are required to attend annual workshops / in-services.

The maintenance garage has three (3) bays for service and repairs. A full time mechanic performs services and repairs on all program vehicles, a total of 43 program vehicles. There is also a full time maintenance employee to help keep the buildings in tip-top shape.
